잔을 흔들면 워터포드 로마르의 어린 보리 시리얼과 미국 오크의 바닐라 노트가 거의 동시에 일어난다. 잔을 코끝에 가져가면 버진 오크와 프랑스 와인 캐스크의 신선한 향이 겹쳐 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 50도의 도수가 3년 어린 위스키답게 곡물의 단맛을 또렷이 밀어 올린다. VDN 캐스크의 화이트 와인 잔향이 끝까지 따라온다.

absolutely pristine, like a barely cooled fruit-studded brioche, paired with a delicate touch of soft spices. I find this precise simplicity quite stunning. With water: a hint of Williams pear emerges
restaurant Palate
quite different from the nose, much fruitier, with a light caramelised edge and even a bit of smoke (heavily toasted wood). Very good. With water: a maritime touch appears, a bit of vanilla, and perhaps a small glass of manzanilla (nuts, mustard, curry)
timer Finish
carries on in the same vein, with just a hint of apples in the aftertaste
