Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 아일랜드 워터포드의 옅은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 타고 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 단일 농장에서 자란 보리를 강조한 이 위스키답게 보리빵과 잘 익은 배, 들꽃 향이 산뜻하게 솟아오른다. 50도의 한 모금을 혀에 올리면 미국산 오크와 와인, 셰리 캐스크가 더한 바닐라와 붉은 베리, 옅은 향신료가 또렷하게 번진다. 삼키고 나면 곡물의 단맛과 무르익은 과일이 입천장에 깔끔하게 머문다.

absolutely pristine, like a barely cooled fruit-studded brioche, paired with a delicate touch of soft spices. I find this precise simplicity quite stunning. With water: a hint of Williams pear emerges

quite different from the nose, much fruitier, with a light caramelised edge and even a bit of smoke (heavily toasted wood). Very good. With water: a maritime touch appears, a bit of vanilla, and perhaps a small glass of manzanilla (nuts, mustard, curry)

carries on in the same vein, with just a hint of apples in the aftertaste
