옅은 볏짚빛 금색이 잔 안에서 맑게 일렁인다. 버번과 퍼스트필 올로로소 셰리를 함께 거친 11년의 다프트밀은 농장 증류소답게 깨끗한 풀향과 사과, 꿀을 머금은 향을 피워 올린다. 한 모금 머금으면 보리 비스킷과 레몬 커드, 옅은 건포도 단맛이 가볍게 어우러지고 46도의 균형이 산뜻하게 흐른다. 여운에는 흰 꽃과 보리 단맛이 잔잔히 잠겨 길고 우아하게 사라진다.
