잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 핀란드 호밀로 빚은 맑은 구릿빛이 유리벽을 타고 흘러내린다. 코를 가까이 대면 키외 특유의 호밀 빵과 딜, 퍼스트필 차 배럴이 입힌 바닐라와 정향향이 선명하게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 58.3도의 날카로운 호밀 향신료가 혀를 찌르며 구운 사과 단맛이 번진다. 삼키고 나면 후추와 마른 허브의 매콤함이 입천장을 따라 길게 이어진다.
