보르도와 버번을 오간 뒤 셰리로 마무리한 숙성이 독일 사우얼랜더의 위스키에 여러 겹의 결을 더했다. 향은 검은 베리와 바닐라, 옅은 가죽이 섞여 올라오고, 입에서는 58도가 자두 잼과 다크초콜릿, 향신료로 진하게 번진다. 어린 나이에도 복합적인 우드 운용이 단단한 구조를 만든다. 짙은 적갈색 잔 속에서 베리와 향신료의 여운이 오래 남는다.
