텍사스 힐 컨트리의 극단적인 여름 햇볕과 한겨울 추위가 단 6년 만에 가리슨 브라더스 카우보이 9차 릴리스를 70.45도의 농축된 도수로 빚어냈다. 잔에는 진한 마호가니빛이 비친다. 향에는 새 오크 배럴에서 비롯한 캐러멜과 시나몬, 메이플 시럽이 빽빽한 단맛으로 깃들고 입에서는 알코올의 무게가 구운 옥수수와 흑당, 정향을 두꺼운 질감으로 흘려보낸다. 여운에는 오크 타닌이 강하게 남는다.
