아일라 북동 해협을 마주한 쿨일라의 청량한 바닷바람이 이 35년산의 연기를 단정하게 다듬는다. 옅은 금빛 아래 호그스헤드가 남긴 옅은 훈연과 레몬, 바다 소금의 향이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 52.7도의 도수가 입안에서 그을린 시트러스와 올리브 오일, 마른 재를 매끈하게 풀어놓는다. 오랜 숙성이 부드럽게 다듬은 연기가 짭짤한 여운 속에 길게 남는다.
