Tasting Notes
잔을 가까이 하면 퍼스트필 쿼터 캐스크를 거친 어린 버번 특유의 강렬한 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 미국 퓨 스피리츠 2017은 옥수수 단맛 위로 계피와 바닐라, 토스트한 오크가 또렷하게 발전한다. 팰럿은 60.1도라는 높은 도수에서 묵직하고 구조감이 단단하며 카라멜 콘과 정향, 호밀빵의 매콤함이 차례로 드러난다. 피니시는 차징이 남긴 탄 오크와 흑후추가 뜨겁게 길어지며 강하게 마무리된다.
