에어셔 평원의 윌리엄 그랜트 부지에 잠시 자리했던 폐쇄 증류소 레이디번이 1975년에 남긴 보틀링이다. 36년이 흐른 잔에는 옅은 황금빛이 깊게 머문다. 향에는 갓 깎은 잔디와 라임 껍질, 마른 헤더가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 시트러스 캔디와 흰 후추, 옅은 꿀이 차례로 드러나고 46도의 균형은 단정하다. 사라진 증류소가 가둬둔 로우랜드 평지의 활기가 마른 허브 여운으로 길게 이어진다.
