동부 하이랜드 몬트로즈 해안의 청량한 바람이 사라진 증류소 글렌에스크 1975 빈티지의 캐릭터에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 잔에는 옅은 호박빛이 비친다. 향에서는 안젤리카 뿌리와 풀 향, 마른 풀의 흙내가 가장 먼저 인사하고 입에서는 59도의 알코올이 시트러스 껍질과 흰 후추, 약초를 빠르게 펼친다. 여운은 약초 쓴맛과 미네랄로 길게 이어지며 사라진 증류소의 잔향만이 남는다.
