북동부 몬트로즈 해안의 짠 바람이 글레네스크의 색을 결정한 듯 잔 속 호박빛이 부드럽게 비친다. 31년의 시간이 향과 맛 곳곳에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 마른 무화과와 짙은 꿀의 향이 먼저 코를 사로잡는다. 입에서는 가죽과 다크 카라멜의 두꺼운 단맛이 묵직하게 흐른다. 56.9도의 높은 도수가 노숙주의 무게를 단단하게 받치고 여운에는 짭조름한 미네랄과 옅은 향료가 길게 머문다.
