노즈에서는 퍼스트필 아메리칸 오크에서 18년을 보낸 호주 헬리어스 로드의 깊은 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 바닐라와 잘 익은 배, 구운 곡물이 명확하게 드러나며 태즈메이니아 증류소다운 풍부한 몰트가 뒤를 받친다. 팰럿은 56.4도에서 진하고 구조감이 단단하며 꿀과 카라멜, 오크 향신료가 차례로 발전한다. 피니시는 오랜 숙성다운 바닐라와 견과의 단맛이 길게 이어지며 묵직하게 마무리된다.
