restaurant Palate

magnificent old-style sherry. Sublime old walnuts, liquorice, touches of brandy, Corinthian raisins… This is definitely not a 'sherry' doctored in a 'whisky' bodega, not even a very commendable one – many are. With water: perfection. Walnut liqueur, seawater, miso soup, very dark raisins…
