Tasting Notes
잔을 천천히 흔들면 덴마크 윌란 반도의 어린 곡물향이 잔 벽을 따라 흘러내린다. 코끝에 가져가면 단 2년의 어린 시간이 빚어낸 신선한 보리와 효모, 빵 반죽의 향이 차례로 다가온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 48도의 살아 있는 곡물맛이 입천장을 가볍게 채우며 옅은 셰리 단맛과 풀잎의 쓴맛을 교차시킨다. 삼킨 뒤에는 어린 위스키 특유의 거친 신선함이 잔향으로 또렷이 깃든다.

this is lovely! Humus and a pack of blond cigarettes, a bit of bok choy, then the much-anticipated pumpernickel and simply rye bread. The oak feels somewhat present, but so far, so good
restaurant Palate
hmm, it’s quite special, but I really like it. Plenty of wood spices, lots of liquorice wood, a good amount of grapefruit peel, then a rather massive wood glue note. Of course, we don’t eat wood glue every day, but only beginners don’t know that nose and palate work together. Yes, they do!
