잔을 가볍게 흔들면 옅은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 타고 미끄러진다. 코를 가까이 대면 덴마크 티 위스키답게 너도밤나무로 훈연한 차분한 연기와 올로로소가 남긴 말린 과일향이 함께 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 51도의 또렷한 기운이 혀를 감싸며 구운 보리와 캐러멜, 은은한 재의 쓴맛으로 퍼진다. 4년이라는 짧은 숙성이 무색하게 단단한 풍미를 따라가다 삼키면, 마른 장작과 곡물 단맛이 입안에 오래 머문다.

very good, this is exactly what one expects from a young distillery trying to stand out. Burnt spruce, rubber, almond milk, charcoal and green pepper. On paper it sounds odd, but in the glass it works a treat. With water: yes, spot on, very nicely rubbery and resinous. I know it may sound deviant, but it really isn’t
