덴마크 유틀란트 북부 티의 농장 증류소는 북해 연안의 거센 바람과 자가 재배 보리를 자랑으로 삼는다. 버번과 올로로소를 거친 잔에는 짙은 황금빛이 감돈다. 어린 3년 원액답지 않게 향은 보리빵과 말린 과일, 견과가 또렷하게 올라온다. 59.9도의 입안은 흑설탕과 호두, 곡물의 고소함이 강건하게 차오른다. 여운에는 마른 향신료와 보리의 단맛이 길게 이어진다.
