Tasting Notes
흐린 황혼 같은 호박이 잔의 표면을 잔잔히 덮는다. 사일런트 스틸 시리즈로 보틀링된 글렌로키 1965 빈티지 32년은 1983년 폐쇄된 하이랜드 증류소의 마지막 숨결을 간직하고 있으며, 향에서는 마른 야생초와 밀랍, 옅은 꿀이 천천히 떠오른다. 47.9도의 입맛은 부드러운 셰리의 잔재와 함께 구운 사과, 흰 후추, 톨피의 단맛으로 이어지며 32년이 깎아낸 부드러움이 혀에 고스란히 전해진다. 끝은 마른 꽃잎의 잔향으로 차분히 잦아든다.

yippee! Another wonderful one, subtle, complex, rounded, well matured, with a smooth oakiness and many dried white fruits as well as something more tarry and phenolic than in more recent versions. Tarmac, linseed oil, coal smoke, then cough lozenges, something even more medicinal (bandages), paint, soot, green bananas, mushrooms, fresh mint, moss… Frankly, the complexity is simply amazing. With water: more smoke coming out - makes me think of a 1960s Ardbeg. Stunning!

we're in the same league as with the 1980 by Sig., except that this is even more complex, sappier, smokier, grassier, more herbal, more citrusy… Everything is perfect here, absolutely everything. Stunning grassy profile for lovers of this style. Greatly un-modern. With water: swims like a champ. Flabbergasting smoky/grassy/herbal profile
