Tasting Notes
Colour
amber
air Nose
old papers and dry caramel, then more dust and cardboard, with notes of Brie cheese in the background and then a distinct soapiness. Lavender, roses and butter, how unlikely is that? The good news is that it all becomes cleaner after just a few minutes, but it also gets fairly mundane. Brioche and toasts, with dust appearing intermittently. Rather uncommercial, I’d say
restaurant Palate
those notes of cheese and beer again, paper, bread, stale herbal liqueur, coriander, some kind of strange herbal tea, fir liqueur, tonic water… Really, a strange one
timer Finish
rather short and very, very herbal
