Tasting Notes
깊은 호박빛이 잔에 어리는 이 밀번은 오래전 문을 닫은 하이랜드 증류소의 희귀한 자취다. 1974년 증류 후 호그스헤드에서 29년을 보낸 향에는 묵은 과일과 밀랍, 잘 익은 오렌지의 향이 천천히 솟아오른다. 56.8도의 도수로 입에 머금으면 꿀과 토피, 가죽의 풍미가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고, 오랜 세월이 빚은 원숙함이 혀를 감싼다. 오크와 말린 과일의 여운이 길고 깊게 머문다.

it’s perfect. There’s even smoked ham (the quirky side of Inverness malts), otherwise all those marvellous things from a beehive, plus pink pepper and the famous mirabelle + quince duo that’s adorned, even decorated, many great malts. Like old Balvenies or certain HPs

game, set, and match. Top-notch... and guess what, that smoked ham is still there. Incredible
