Tasting Notes
맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에 단정하게 빛나며 옅은 윤기를 머금는다. 일본 와카쓰루 사부로마루 증류소가 빚은 문 글로우는 잘 익은 배와 꿀, 은은한 향나무의 청량한 향을 코끝에 섬세하게 피워 올린다. 43도의 부드러운 도수 덕에 입안은 매끄럽게 흐르며 바닐라와 보리의 고소함, 옅은 훈연의 기운이 차례로 드러난다. 도야마 사부로마루 증류소다운 옅은 훈연과 정갈한 균형이 끝까지 이어진다. 10년 숙성이 다듬어낸 일본 위스키 특유의 정갈하고 깔끔한 균형이 인상적이며, 여운에는 곡물의 단맛과 옅은 연기가 잔잔히 남는다.

restaurant Palate
indeed it’s pretty good, waxy and earthy, with good oranges, fermenting dough, and once again these touches of shoe polish. Hints of rose jelly
timer Finish
medium, with a little caramel and fudge, possibly from the grains. The salty peatiness is back in the aftertaste
