일본 후지 고텐바 증류소가 풀어낸 에버모어 21년 숙성이다. 노즈에서는 단정한 배 향과 부드러운 시리얼, 옅은 꿀과 가벼운 흰 꽃이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿에서는 익은 흰 과실과 부드러운 곡물의 단맛이 중심을 잡고 가벼운 바닐라와 마른 허브가 윤곽을 그린다. 40퍼센트의 절제된 알코올이 일본 위스키 특유의 단정한 구조감을 만들며 천천히 발전한다. 피니시는 옅은 꿀과 마른 시리얼로 깔끔하게 이어지며 잔잔한 균형이 오래 머문다.
