Tasting Notes
잔에서는 옅은 피트 연기와 꿀에 절인 살구 향이 또렷하게 올라온다. 프랑스 브르타뉴의 글란 아 모르가 빚은 피티드 몰트 코르노그로, 코토 뒤 레이온 스위트 와인 캐스크의 단 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 흰 과일의 단맛과 해염, 옅은 그을음이 살아나며 46도의 도수가 균형을 잡는다. 피니시는 달콤함과 연기가 맞물려 길게 끌린다. 바다와 와인 캐스크가 만난 개성이 분명한 한 잔이다.

air Nose
straight, raw, natural and ultra-clean spirit, with some vanilla but not too much (not a wood bomb at all), the same kind of notes of melon skin as in the oldie, hints of kirsch (fruit stones) and fresh almonds and then a pleasant grassiness. Quite self-restrained but elegant and classy, far from the more exuberant wine-ace’d Laddies. More oak coming out after a while
restaurant Palate
this is good! Once again, it’s a little raw and unpolished but it’s straight ahead natural malt whisky, right at the border between grassiness and fruitiness. Apples, white peaches, chlorophyll gums, liquorice… This one really grows on you, the liquoricy notes getting bigger and bigger. I like liquorice!
