하일랜드 동부 스톤헤이븐 항구 닫힌 글렌유리 로열 증류소가 1973년 증류한 원액이 24년의 긴 시간을 견뎠다. 북해 항구의 짠 풍토가 결에 광물성을 새겼다. 잔에는 진한 호박빛이 잠겨 있고 노즈에는 닳은 가죽, 올스파이스, 마른 견과의 향이 또렷이 깃든다. 입에 들어오면 52도의 알코올과 함께 흑설탕 토피, 마른 자두, 우드 스파이스의 풍미가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 여운은 닫힌 왕실 인증 증류소의 묵은 오크로 길게 이어진다.
