Tasting Notes
잔을 살짝 흔들면 1966년의 시간이 옅은 노란 호박빛으로 잔 벽을 천천히 타고 내린다. 코를 들이대면 닫힌 증류소의 정적 사이로 사과껍질과 마른 보리, 옅은 왁스의 향이 차례로 다가온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 46도의 가벼운 오일이 혀에 풀잎과 시리얼, 꿀의 단맛을 부드럽게 펴 놓는다. 삼킨 뒤에는 오래된 노스 포트 특유의 차가운 광물성 잔향이 길게 이어진다.
