잔을 가볍게 흔들면 신생 증류소 스트라선의 어린 3년이 밝은 호박빛을 잔 벽에 흘린다. 코끝을 가져가면 퍼스트필 버진 프렌치 오크가 더한 바닐라와 정향, 갓 켠 나무 향이 또렷하게 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 53도의 젊은 힘이 혀를 채우며 캐러멜과 시나몬, 옅은 단맛이 번진다. 천천히 삼키면 새 오크가 남긴 향신료의 기운이 혀끝에 알싸하게 마무리된다.
