Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 핀란드 테렌펠리의 포트 캐스크가 빚어낸 붉은 베리와 자두가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 10년 숙성답게 잘 익은 과일과 가벼운 초콜릿 향이 차례로 발전한다. 팰럿은 58.5도의 또렷한 힘 위로 라즈베리와 흑설탕, 진한 향신료가 명확하게 드러나며 구조감이 단단하다. 피니시는 포트의 달콤한 떫은맛과 마른 오크가 길게 이어지고, 북유럽 싱글 캐스크다운 화사한 균형이 끝까지 남는다.

strawberries, olives, orange marmalade and fresh bread. That sounds utterly implausible, and yet it’s rather lovely. With water: more paraffin, more smoke, more soot. It would seem the Port has bowed to the distillate, which does suggest a certain class, no?

powerful, peppery, on marmalade, dark chocolate and kirsch. It’s certainly not the most delicate at this point, but let’s give it time... With water: a slightly fragile balance between red berries and a bit of smoky brine, though the whole remains very good
