루비 포트 와인 옥타브에서 마지막 시간을 보낸 어린 달무낙이 짧은 피니시만으로도 포트의 베리 단맛을 또렷이 새긴다. 향은 라즈베리잼과 자두 콤포트, 옅은 카카오로 풀려나간다. 입에서는 짙은 베리잼과 흑설탕이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고 52.6도의 알코올이 향신료로 균형을 잡는다. 짙은 루비빛이 잔 벽을 천천히 흐르고 여운에는 카카오와 가벼운 자두 껍질이 길게 이어진다.

raw, aggressive, very spirity, rubbery, with some bitter caramel, a lot of coffee, and some caraway. Some would say this is pretty challenging. They would be right if you ask me. With water: a tad better but it's just too rubbery, too young, too immature and aggressive
