화사한 장밋빛 구릿빛이 잔 안에서 곱게 일렁인다. 루비 포트 옥타브에서 짧게 마무리한 달무낙 2016은 어린 원액답게 생기 있는 라즈베리와 붉은 자두, 제비꽃의 향이 산뜻하게 솟아오른다. 52.5도의 도수가 입안에서 베리 잼과 다크체리, 옅은 후추의 풍미로 또렷하게 번진다. 작은 옥타브 통의 짙은 과실감이 어린 스피릿을 감싸 여운은 새콤달콤한 붉은 과실이 선명하게 남는다.

raw, aggressive, very spirity, rubbery, with some bitter caramel, a lot of coffee, and some caraway. Some would say this is pretty challenging. They would be right if you ask me. With water: a tad better but it's just too rubbery, too young, too immature and aggressive
