환한 금빛이 잔 안에 맑게 비친다. 2000년 증류된 덤바턴은 지금은 헐린 로우랜드의 그레인 증류소로, 리필 호그스헤드에서 21년을 보낸 올드 파티큘러 보틀링이다. 향에서는 바닐라와 코코넛, 옅은 캐러멜이 부드럽게 올라온다. 입에서는 크림 같은 단맛과 토피, 곡물의 고소함이 매끄럽게 흐른다. 51.5도의 도수가 풍미를 또렷이 받치며 바닐라와 오크의 여운이 깔끔하게 남는다.
