Tasting Notes
클라이드 강 하류 덤바턴의 평지에서 자란 인버레븐은 사라진 로우랜드의 잔향을 품는다. 잔에 옅은 황금빛이 잠겨 있고 부르본 호그스헤드 안에서 30년을 보낸 시간이 또렷이 비친다. 노즈에서 잘 익은 살구와 바닐라 크림이 먼저 다가오며 51.7도의 술기운은 꿀과 시리얼의 부드러운 단맛 뒤로 물러선다. 입에서는 백후추와 마른 풀의 건조한 결이 1969 빈티지의 깊은 우드 토너스와 맞물린다. 여운에 미네랄과 옅은 시트러스가 길게 늘어선다.

air Nose
this one is surprisingly varnishy, almost bourbonny in fact, with heavy notes of oak, vanilla and maple syrup. The varnish calms down after a while, leaving room for more polished wood, new furniture and roasted chestnuts. Blood oranges. I’d have never said this is Scotch, had tried this baby blind. restaurant Palate
same comment. A pleasant sweet wood decoction but you have to like that. Tons of vanilla, honey and eucalyptus drops and some earl grey tea. Then many spices such as pepper, cloves and cardamom plus a little mint. Peppered corn syrup. A little bubblegum. With water: more of the same, with the sweetness coming to the front (bubblegum, marshmallows, strawberry drops)

long but a tad less demonstrative. In other words, more relaxing ;-)
