옅은 황금빛이 잔에 어리는 이 피티베이크는 오래전 문을 닫은 스페이사이드 증류소의 희귀한 자취다. 1979년 증류 후 28년을 보낸 향에는 잘 익은 배와 보리, 옅은 꿀과 마른 풀의 기운이 솟아오른다. 54도의 도수로 입에 머금으면 바닐라와 시트러스, 향신료의 풍미가 부드럽게 번지고, 오랜 숙성이 다듬은 둥근 결이 드러난다. 맥아와 오크의 여운이 잔잔히 잠겨 길게 이어진다.

very unlikely indeed. Burnt cake, orange squash, raw eau-de-vie (tutti frutti), a curious feeling of lemon powder… Perhaps more malt whisky ‘for research’? With water: a little more to my liking, a little fruitier and fresher, on oranges. Saves it
