PX와 올로로소를 머금은 캐스크에서 스물아홉 해를 보낸 시간이 잔 가까이에서부터 또렷이 드러난다. 건포도와 무화과, 다크초콜릿의 향이 겹겹이 피어오르고, 51.4도의 입안에서는 진한 셰리 단맛과 호두, 가죽이 묵직하게 채운다. 1989년 증류된 피티베이크의 긴 잠이 거친 기운을 모두 녹여냈다. 짙은 마호가니빛 너머로 여운은 말린 과실과 은은한 향신료로 길게 이어진다.
