Tasting Notes
어두운 호박빛이 잔 안에서 천천히 흔들린다. 1975년에 증류돼 2002년에 병입된 27년의 밴프가 폐쇄된 스페이사이드 인근 증류소의 마지막 흔적을 잔 깊이 머금는다. 잔을 가까이 하면 마른 풀과 비스킷, 살구잼이 부드럽게 비친다. 머금으면 익은 사과와 꿀, 옅은 시트러스 껍질이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고 43도의 도수가 시간이 다듬은 결을 길게 풀어낸다. 흙냄새와 마른 보리가 여운에 잠긴다.

ah, the old school... Where else would you find this kind of combination of metal polish and ink with fresh fruits both western and tropical? Ripe mangos and apples plus a fistful of old coins wrapped in today's Wall Street Journal (whatever). Add a little mustard and there, you have it. It's a very unusual nose, which may lead to an even stranger palate, let's see
restaurant Palate
starts a little wobbly, rather drying right from the arrival, with an obvious tannicity. A lot of pepper and bitter chocolate, these metallic tastes are back as well, there's also a dustiness, touches of cardboard and very little fruitiness this time. Where did they go?
