Tasting Notes
옅은 호박빛이 잔에 맑게 어린다. 1975년 증류해 34년을 보낸 밴프는 이미 사라진 하이랜드 증류소의 옛 품성을 증언하는 귀한 노장이다. 향에서는 잘 익은 과일과 꿀, 묵은 오크의 기운이 부드럽게 피어오른다. 44.1도의 한 모금은 보리 단맛과 바닐라, 옅은 시트러스가 매끄럽게 입을 적신다. 덴마크 몰트위스키 아카데미가 병입한 이 폐쇄 증류소의 위스키는 마른 풀과 왁스의 잔향을 잔잔히 남긴다.

a beehive-y one! And then there’s this cellary profile, with soot, old oils, concrete, gravel, old barrels, forgotten vegetables and fruits that did not rot, then some old embrocations, clay, an old bottle of mead that you brought back from Brittany twenty years ago, and even a little incense. Forgot to mention creamy milk chocolate – the one that’s made with milk, not dreadful palm oil. Glorious nose

sweet mustard, there, this is Banff. And old liqueurs and spirits from you auntie’s bar, Bénédictine, mirabelle liqueur, Dantziger Goldwasser, and whatnot. You’ve got the whole 20th century in this bottle

perhaps not very long, but it’s got all honeys and herbal teas you could think of. And this salty/mustardy signature that’s so lovely
