호그스헤드에서 24년을 머문 1976년 증류 원액이 사라진 밴프 증류소의 마지막 풍경을 담는다. 오랜 우드의 영향으로 코에는 밀랍과 마른 살구, 옅은 광물향이 겹겹이 풀린다. 입에서는 잘 익은 사과와 꿀, 가벼운 톱밥 같은 오크 향신료가 53.7도의 힘을 타고 또렷이 번진다. 시간이 깎아낸 황금빛이 잔에 잠겨 있고, 마무리에는 마른 허브와 은은한 흙내가 길게 가라앉는다.

I sometimes write stupid things! (who said indeed, who?) On the contrary, it's rather rounder, certainly more honeyed, going on with touches of ripe bananas, plums and then quite some vanilla. And, above all, no mustard or very, very little so far. With water: some cardboard coming through, as well as, wait, isn't that mustard? No magnificent swimmer but it does not sink
restaurant Palate
powerful, with a little mustard this time, and then a growing pepperiness. All that on a bed of mirabelle jam and orange marmalade. With water: excellent! Peppered oranges and pink grapefruits. Or these fat ones called pomelos
timer Finish
long, between citrus fruits and the oak's cinnamon and pepper. Good and clean
