Tasting Notes
오랜 세월이 응축된 짙은 호박빛이 잔에 깊이 잠겨 있다. 1975년 빈티지가 29년의 침묵을 견디고 2004년 빛을 본 이 보틀링은 사라진 밴프 증류소의 흔적이다. 향에서는 햇볕에 마른 건초와 살구잼의 단내가 깃들고, 입에서는 꿀에 절인 견과류와 마른 오크의 따스함이 또렷이 머문다. 46도라는 절제된 도수가 노쇠한 풍미를 곱게 떠받치며, 여운은 백후추와 함께 길게 흩어진다.
