Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 스웨덴 서해안 스뫼겐 특유의 강렬한 피트 연기와 셰리 캐스크에서 온 말린 과일 향이 함께 두드러진다. 어린 3년이지만 55.4도의 높은 도수가 팰럿에서 후추와 그을린 오크, 짭짤한 바다 내음을 단단하게 밀어붙인다. 다크베리와 재의 쌉쌀함이 교차하며 구조감을 더하고, 피니시는 매캐한 연기와 함께 길고 자극적으로 마무리된다. 북유럽 피트 위스키의 개성이 또렷하게 드러난다.

heeeeeyyyyy! This is great! As sharp as a blade (not from that very silly Game of Throne thingy), perfectly chiselled lemony and peaty spirit with a slightly sweet edge (manzana verde), this could have been made at the very distillery that lies right between Laphroaig and Ardbeg. Great, great distillate. With water: makes you kneel down, conquered and vanquished. I know we now sound like and Aston-Martin brochure
