Tasting Notes
옅은 금빛이 잔에 맑게 어린다. 스웨덴 서해안의 스뫼겐이 2012년에 채워 퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 아홉 해를 보낸 술로, 북유럽의 피트 개성이 또렷하다. 갓 피운 연기와 레몬, 바닷바람의 향이 강렬하게 솟아오른다. 그 뒤로 흰 후추의 알싸함이 따라붙는다. 57.1도의 힘이 입안을 채우며 훈연과 시트러스, 보리 단맛이 거침없이 번진다. 짭조름한 연기가 마른 끝맛으로 길게 이어진다.
