Tasting Notes
퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 9년을 보낸 시간이 잔을 채우자마자 또렷이 드러난다. 스웨덴 서해안 스뫼겐 특유의 짙은 피트가 바닐라와 만나 달큰한 훈연으로 피어오르고, 코에는 레몬 껍질과 마른 풀의 기운이 감돈다. 입에서는 54.3도의 단단한 도수가 후추와 그을린 보리, 꿀의 단맛을 한 번에 밀어 올린다. 옅은 황금빛 아래로 재와 소금기가 길게 남으며, 어린 나이답지 않은 응축된 무게를 보여 주는 보틀링이다.

a blade, as we often say. Ultra-tight and tense, rather grassier, very smoky, very ashy, and with some celeriac and gentian roots. A little Masala. Swedish masala, ha. With water: perfect. Lemon zest and a few peas
