Tasting Notes
옅은 분홍빛이 도는 황금색이 잔 속에 또렷이 비친다. 스웨덴 서해안의 작은 증류소 스뫼겐이 2010년에 증류해 마데이라 캐스크에서 단 세 해를 머문 시간은 어린 위스키에 마데이라의 농축된 단맛을 더한다. 향에서는 마른 살구와 옅은 훈연, 흰후추가 차례로 풀려나고 입에서는 61.8도의 거대한 알코올이 진한 와인의 단맛과 거친 피트로 흐른다. 여운에는 북유럽 위스키 특유의 거친 결이 길게 머문다.

restaurant Palate
heeeeeyyyyy! This is great! As sharp as a blade (not from that very silly Game of Throne thingy), perfectly chiselled lemony and peaty spirit with a slightly sweet edge (manzana verde), this could have been made at the very distillery that lies right between Laphroaig and Ardbeg. Great, great distillate. With water: makes you kneel down, conquered and vanquished. I know we now sound like and Aston-Martin brochure
