노즈에서는 새 차링 오크에서 온 바닐라와 캐러멜, 호밀의 매콤한 향이 또렷하게 도드라진다. 뉴 리프 증류소가 8년 숙성한 이 버번은 50도의 도수에서 또렷하고 힘 있는 향의 결을 보여 준다. 입에서는 잘 익은 체리와 시나몬, 후추 같은 향신료가 명확하게 발전한다. 피니시는 마른 오크와 호밀의 매콤함이 중간 이상으로 이어진다. 보틀드 인 본드 스타일다운 정직하고 단단한 구조감이 인상적이다.
