밝은 밀짚빛이 잔에 또렷하게 펼쳐지며 산뜻한 윤을 남긴다. 일본 시즈오카가 2018년 빈티지로 블랙애더의 로 캐스크 시리즈로 풀려난 어린 보틀링은 신선한 사과와 갓 짠 라임, 옅은 바닐라의 산뜻한 향이 폭발적으로 솟구친다. 한 모금에 64.9도의 묵직한 캐스크 스트렝스가 갓 깎은 보리와 백후추, 마른 시트러스의 풍미를 거침없이 끌어온다. 후지산 자락의 차가운 공기가 빚어낸 잔향이 깨끗하고 단정하게 식어간다.

amazing despite the strong, err, strength. Someone's smoked lemon zests. With water: jaw dropping raw smoke and tar, bitter zests, seawater, 'eating an ashtray', the bitterest liquorice, burnt BBQ herbs…
