후지산 기슭 시즈오카의 맑은 물과 온화한 기후가 이 어린 일본 위스키에 투명한 결을 새긴다. 버번 배럴에서 5년을 보낸 잔은 연한 밀짚빛으로 빛난다. 향은 갓 깎은 배와 풋사과, 그리고 옅은 바닐라가 산뜻하게 솟아오른다. 한 모금은 55.6도라는 높은 도수에도 풋풋한 곡물과 시트러스가 또렷하게 드러나며 입안을 매끈하게 채운다. 여운은 청량한 민트와 어린 오크의 가벼운 쌉쌀함으로 깔끔하게 마무리된다.
