버번 캐스크에서 단 3년을 보낸 짧은 시간이 일본 시즈오카 증류소의 어린 원액을 산뜻하게 빚었다. 버번 오크의 영향으로 코에는 풋사과와 바닐라, 갓 벤 풀 향이 맑게 올라온다. 입에서는 55.5도의 힘을 타고 배와 보리 단맛, 옅은 후추가 깔끔하게 맞물린다. 후지산 기슭의 청량한 기후가 빚은 투명한 질감이 인상적이고, 옅은 밀짚빛 끝에는 풋과일과 바닐라의 여운이 가볍게 이어진다.

tight smoke and mustard and walnuts and bitter oranges. Perfect touches of Stollen, which is close to that gingerbread that we first found on the nose. Anise cookies. With water: excellent.
