Tasting Notes
맑은 황금빛이 잔에 가볍게 깃든다. 일본 시즈오카 증류소가 엑스 버번 쿼터 캐스크에서 6년을 보낸 2017년 빈티지 레트로퓨처리즘의 향은 잘 익은 사과와 시트러스, 부드러운 바닐라, 그리고 쿼터 캐스크 특유의 풋풋한 오크와 가벼운 시리얼의 청량함이 활기차게 어우러진다. 한 모금에 50.6도의 적절한 도수가 매끄럽게 흐르며 꿀과 가벼운 토피, 옅은 시나몬, 마른 풀잎이 차례로 펼쳐진다. 시즈오카 특유의 섬세하고 단정한 일본 위스키 캐릭터가 길게 이어지는 여운에 담긴다.
