Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 시즈오카 특유의 깨끗한 보리향과 푼천이 더한 바닐라, 풋과일 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 일본 신생 증류소답게 5년 숙성이지만 55.5도의 도수가 맑고 또렷한 질감을 만들고, 입에서는 꿀과 배, 가벼운 백후추가 균형 있게 발전한다. 수입 보리로 빚은 팟 스틸 K답게 정갈한 구조감이 중심을 잡는다. 피니시는 곡물 단맛과 산뜻한 오크가 길게 이어지는 깔끔한 마무리다.

restaurant Palate
very smoky. This is almost some peat-smoked green chartreuse. Good fun. With water: excellent! Slightly evocative of ultra-fresh sake, then young Islay (first distillery from Port Ellen, on the shore). That should be the medicinal side
timer Finish
rather long, peaty, ashy, with some lemony fatness. Shall we mention that Italian lemon liqueur once more?
