붉은 빛 도는 호박색이 잔에 따뜻하게 어린다. 스타워드 2017은 보트리티스 세미용 디저트 와인 캐스크에서 7년을 보낸 호주 멜버른의 보틀링으로, 달콤한 와인 통이 독특한 과일 향을 입혔다. 코에는 살구와 꿀, 잘 익은 복숭아가 번진다. 48도의 입은 둥글고 달큰하며 흰 과일과 보리 단맛, 옅은 향신료가 부드럽게 비친다. 여운에는 달콤한 디저트 와인의 결이 잔잔하게 풀린다.
