호주 멜버른의 스타워드가 호주산 셰리인 아페라 통에서 5년을 보낸 보틀링이다. 사계절 변화가 뚜렷한 기후 속에서 익어 짙은 적갈색을 띤다. 향에서는 붉은 베리와 건포도, 초콜릿의 달콤한 향이 먼저 드러난다. 입에서는 52.4도의 힘이 잘 익은 자두와 토피, 향신료로 번진다. 여운은 와인 통의 달큰함과 오크의 온기가 길게 남는다.
