Tasting Notes
오랜 시간을 머금은 짙은 황금빛이 잔 속에 깊이 잠겨 있다. 사라진 하일랜드 증류소 글렌 앨빈의 1963년 빈티지답게 향에서는 잘 익은 과실과 옅은 꿀, 가죽이 차례로 드러난다. 40도의 부드러운 도수가 입안에서 말린 살구와 보리 단맛, 가벼운 오크를 잔잔히 끌어낸다. 지금은 문을 닫은 증류소의 옛 스피릿이 긴 숙성 속에 둥글게 다듬어져, 꿀과 견과의 여운이 잔잔하게 이어진다.
