세월에 익은 옅은 호박빛이 잔에 그윽하게 머문다. 오래전 문 닫은 하이랜드 글렌 앨빈이 1963년에 증류한 이 코노셔스 초이스는 잘 익은 사과와 꿀, 마른 풀의 향을 은은하고 부드럽게 피운다. 40도의 점잖은 술은 입안에서 몰트 비스킷과 가벼운 시트러스, 오래된 오크의 풍미를 매끄럽게 흘려보낸다. 여운에는 꿀과 마른 곡물, 옅은 향신료가 차분하고 길게 이어지며 사라진 증류소의 고요한 기억을 전한다.

air Nose
rather fresh attack, fruity and floral (the lomond stills?) Develops mainly on orange juice, marmalade… Not complex at all but rather enjoyable
restaurant Palate
the attack is rather sugarish, on caramel and fruit jellies. Lots of bubblegum, there’s kind of an ‘Irishness’ in there. Too bad it gets then a bit too woody and slightly bitter (woody bitterness), with a rather drying finish
